The Community Development Department oversees the planning and administering of Mascotte’s growth. Community Development works along side Zoning and Building Department to ensure all Land Development Regulations, Florida Building Code, and Mascotte’s Comprhensive Plan conform. Some of the things involved with this department is economic development, annexations, develop agreements, change of use/occupancy, site development, special/conditional uses, and variances.
