Records Management
Maintains and processes police reports, public records requests, crash reports, and internal documentation in accordance with Florida public records law.
Policy & Accreditation Oversight
Ensures department policies are up to date and aligned with best practices. Oversees compliance with accreditation standards to promote professionalism and accountability.
Budget & Grants Administration
Coordinates department budgeting, manages grant applications, and tracks funding expenditures to support operational and strategic goals.
Personnel Services
Maintains employee records, coordinates internal documentation, and assists in the onboarding and separation processes for personnel.
Technology & Equipment Support
Oversees the acquisition, maintenance, and inventory of department equipment and technology, including radios, computers, and vehicle outfitting.
Internal Coordination & Compliance
Supports agency-wide scheduling, internal audits, and compliance with reporting requirements across divisions.
