Submit a Commendation or File a Complaint

The Mascotte Police Department is committed to providing professional, quality service to our community. We encourage all citizens to share their experiences with us, whether commendation or complaint. This feedback is invaluable to ensuring accountability, continuous improvement, and maintaining the trust of those we serve.

If you wish to commend an officer or file a formal complaint, you may do so in person at the Mascotte Police Department or online by using the link below. Please note, the online Citizen Feedback Form is not the sole method of submitting feedback; community members are always welcome to speak directly with a supervisor or department staff.

All complaints are taken seriously and will be thoroughly investigated in accordance with department policy and applicable law. Each complaint is reviewed by the Chief of Police, or a designated representative, to determine the appropriate course of action. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a sworn written statement and participate in an interview so that we can fully and fairly review the matter.
