🚨 Community Alert Update 🚨
On March 12, 2026, at approximately 2:17 p.m., Mascotte Police Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by four individuals. During the stop, the driver, identified as 𝐃𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐲, fled from the vehicle and ran into a nearby lake. The other occupants of the vehicle were detained.
Mascotte Police Officers, with assistance from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and the Groveland Police Department, established a perimeter and conducted a thorough search of the area; however, the individual was not located.
𝐃𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐲 currently has an active warrant for his arrest.
𝐈𝐟 𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝟗𝟏𝟏 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲. At this time, we believe he has left the area and there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
