Blue Streak is a company that will be installing fiber throughout the entire city in the coming weeks and months. Blue Streak will be leaving door tags for all customers giving a basic explanation of the work to be done.
Upon work commencing if any resident has a complaint due to damages caused by the installation of the fiber the following should be contacted.
The information below is only for damage caused during install of the fiber optic. At a later date, once installed residents will receive separate information making them aware of the fiber service/services available as this will be a separate department and possibly entity that will be providing any fiber service itself.
