Class starts at 6:30pm and last for 45 minutes.
This is a low impact medium intense moves to Latin Music that can be adapted to a high or low intensity.
Class is 45 minutes followed by 12 minutes CIRCL mobility.
Bring your water, a yoga mat, and let's dance.
Class is $5.00 per person per class and is paid at the facility the night of the class.
